Return policies
I MALANDRINI BEACHWEAR accepts returns within 7 working days from the date of delivery. You can return an item because of our error or because the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Notify our Customer Service of the problem by sending an email to commerciale@movebeachwear.com, we will guide you step by step through the process of returning the item.

Items must be shipped in their original condition within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
Remember that the shipping costs will be borne by you.


In case of defective items, I MALANDRINI BRACHWEAR will be happy to cover the shipping costs (in this case you will need to prove the defect through a photo).


For orders placed outside the European Union, you can request the return of the product and the costs for shipping will be borne by you.

What to do and what not to do
To make an article:
1. Tell us your intention to return an item within seven working days of delivery of the goods.


2. Wait for our Customer Service to process your request and send you the return authorization response.


3. Send the product in its original condition (possibly in its original box).

4. Return the item with its original tag. Items returned without a return tag will not be accepted.


5. In the event that the above conditions are not followed, or the returned item is used or damaged, I MALANDRINI BEACHWEAR will not proceed to replace the item. In this case you can decide to have the item previously purchased at your expense. After this last shipment it will no longer be possible to carry out return operations.

Replacement times
The replacement will be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. The time needed for the refund varies depending on the payment method you prefer to use:

- Credit card:
the timing depends on the Credit Institute that issued your card. In any case, the date of the value of the credit will be the same as the date of the value of the charge. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a communication by email.
- Paypal:
The refund will be made directly to your Paypal account upon communication via email. You will also receive a final communication from our Customer Service.
